Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has combined three firms into a single tri-state brokerage operation. The merger unites BHGRE Maturo, BHGRE Dream Properties, and Realty Connect USA under one umbrella.

The new entity gives the brand a significantly expanded footprint across New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed by the companies.

Industry observers note that consolidation among brokerages has accelerated as firms seek scale to compete with larger national competitors. The tri-state market represents one of the most competitive real estate regions in the country.

The merged company will operate under the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate brand. Leadership teams from the three firms are expected to be integrated over the coming months.

Some analysts caution that combining distinct corporate cultures and agent networks can introduce operational friction. The success of this merger will likely depend on how smoothly the combined entity can retain top-producing agents.
